Managing Members
Devin Shah
My name is Devin Shah. I am passionate about multi-family syndication and driven to learn more about investment strategies. I’m eager to connect with experienced professionals and investors to explore growth opportunities and discuss multi-family real estate. I grew up in Massachusetts and wasn’t Interested in real estate until from friend who has been doing multi-family syndication for a year told me about it in early 2024. Ever since then my view on apartments have changed and investment opportunities suddenly became exciting.

This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties.
